Orders are processed daily except weekends and holidays. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with the FedEX tracking number.

Every order placed on staging.min.com ships in our gift box with signature MiN NEW YORK packaging.
Gift Cards purchased on staging.min.com can be used towards online orders via our website.
All orders are shipped via FedEX. We ship to US & Canada residential addresses.
Every order on staging.min.com ships with two complimentary samples of your choice offered in the cart. We cannot ship samples on their own, but please explore our travel sets which feature some of MiN NEW YORK’s best-selling fragrances.
An email will be sent 2 days after purchasing a Discovery Set with a unique voucher code that can be used towards a purchase of any 75ml fragrance.
Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in new condition and fully re-sellable condition, we will not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalized, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
