All items are final sale unless damaged or mispacked. Due to health and safety concerns resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, opened or gently used items are not accepted for return or exchange. Please contact orders@min.com to initiate your return. Qualified refunds will be sent within 5 days of receipt back to our warehouse. Please note that we do not accept any returns from outside the U.S.A.
For orders shipped outside of the U.S.A, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
Standard shipping offers delivery within 3-10 business days after order processing. Orders are not processed on weekends. Express shipping is available via UPS/USPS/FEDEX for addresses in the U.S.A., which guarantees delivery within 2-4 business days. Please allow for additional time for international orders. Orders must be made before 12:00pm eastern time to qualify for next day A.M. Shipping.

Every order placed on MiN.com ships in a gift box with signature MiN NEW YORK packaging. There is a “gift” option at checkout to select, along with the option to include a handwritten note.
